My name is Nikki Turner and I warmly welcome you here.
My interest in health, well-being and spirituality began at a young age.
I have deeply explored and researched many areas over the years, and continue to discover and benefit from incredible teachers and wisdom every day.
Several years ago, whilst going through some major life changes, I was introduced to a kinesiologist. After attending sessions regularly for a few months, I began to notice some significant and undeniable changes within myself.
In the sessions I had, I began to see myself more clearly. I started to recognise many emotional scars and false beliefs that had been keeping me stuck in a negative, limiting and unconscious way of being. With this awareness came a sense of empowerment and possibility.
While experiencing such profound benefits personally, I decided to start learning kinesiology. I wanted to share this incredibly gentle yet powerful healing modality with others. Helping those who work with me to restore their own health and happiness. Allowing them to live their best lives, feeling more joy, vitality and flow.
I feel deeply motivated to recognise and uncover patterns and blockages, bring them to awareness, then let go of what no longer aligns, whether for myself or my clients.
Restoring balance, clarity, and integrity empowers us to do what we came here to do.


We begin each kinesiology session with a confidential discussion about your reasons for booking an appointment. I email new clients a client intake form to complete and email back prior to their first session. From there we begin to clarify what you would like to work on, and formulate a clear goal that aligns with your highest good.
I then invite you to lie down, fully dressed on the massage table.
Throughout the balance I use muscle testing, which is a very gentle way to locate where you are holding stress and imbalances in your body. A range of gentle yet powerful techniques are then used to correct these imbalances and restore energy flow to support you in achieving your goals.
Some of the remedies used to bring your body back into a state of balance include:

Emotional stress release (ESR) is a fundamental part of the balance. There is often an emotional component underlying symptoms. By bringing awareness to the conscious mind there is an opportunity to reconfigure patterns in the brain that have become entrenched due to past trauma or learned beliefs.
Following the balance there is often some home support for you to do between sessions. This helps you to integrate and maintain the changes we have facilitated together.
